What should you do with your children?

If your child is an infant (0-2 years) you are welcome to use our nursery, which is attached to our lobby. Would you rather keep them with you during the entirety of the service? That's great! We welcome parents to make the best choices for their children. Children (3-years to Kindergarten) Can be dropped off in our Toddler's Church classroom with an adult and youth volunteers. They will learn God's Word, play games, and make crafts. One of our hosts will be glad to bring you to this classroom. We provide crayons and Children’s Bulletins that include activities associated with the sermon text for that day for all children that sit with their families throughout the service.

What should you wear?

Hickory Grove is a place where you should feel welcome to “come as you are”. Whether you want to wear jeans and a T-Shirt, a Suit and Tie, or a Dress, you are welcome in our community.

Where should you enter?

We have a parking lot that extends to the sides and behind our building. You are welcome to park in any open parking spot. We have two main entrances; one to the rear and one to the front. You are welcome to enter either. You will be greeted with a smile and directed to our sanctuary.

What should you expect?

Our worship services are central to the life of our church. You will hear hymns, contemporary worship music, and special music. We have time for prayer, announcements, birthdays and anniversaries, and a sermon. Our Pastor preaches from the Bible; verse by verse expounding on the truths of God’s Word and applying it to our congregation. This sometimes is a call to action, a call to belief, or a call to self-reflection. No matter what the sermon application is, you can trust that it will come from the Word of God.
